Chilling with a drink and food while the sun sets can beat all activities.

It's a nice way to enjoy the company of friends and if you don't have any to join you, people at these different locations are plenty friendly. They'll also leave you alone without issue if you'd rather be alone, too.

The Sidewalk Cafe has a patio right on the boardwalk which is great for people watching. And then the sun sets right behind it all. Really spectacular.

The Venice Beach Bar has a second floor which is above the boardwalk with a great view.

But even at the bar and not upstairs, you can still catch a great sunset.

The Venice Whaler right by the Venice Pier has a second floor which also offers great sunsets.

There's the High Rooftop which has great sunsets and the most spectacular views of all of Venice.
